No. 1：《Resham firiri》

第一首必须是它！这首歌在尼泊尔的地位相当于唱遍我国大江南北的《茉莉花》，在费瓦湖边，经常能看到弹着萨朗吉（北印度的一种民间乐器，被称为“印度的小提琴”）的尼泊尔人唱起此歌，引得众多游客驻足聆听。几年前一部治愈系电影《等风来》中使用了这首歌曲，简单明快的旋律，独特的民族风情使其迅速为广大中国人所喜爱。在尼泊尔语中，Resham是丝绸的意思，firiri是象形词，指丝绸迎风飘扬的样子。这首爱情歌曲的歌词大意是，我的心如丝在风中飘飘，我不能决定是否飞行或坐在山顶上，我在等待我的爱。

This is very famous folk song of Nepal and it is famous in China and the other parts of world too.This song’s status in Nepal is just like Chinese famous song "Jasmine" in China. On the Fewa lake side, you can usually see some Nepalese playing Sarangi (Strings instrument) and singing this song and attracting many tourists by this melody. You can hear this song in a Chinese movie "up in the wind" which was released few years back. This movie also makes this song more popular in china. In Nepali, Resham means silk and Firiri is pictographic word refers silk cloth fluttering in the wind. This song is a love song and the meaning of song is my heart is fluttering like silk in the wind. I cannot decide whether to fly or sit on the hilltop. I am aiming at my beloved.

No. 2：《四季的你》by Arun Thapa

尼泊尔最佳现代歌曲之一，如果说Resham firiri在中国家喻户晓，那么这首《四季的你》则经常出现在世界级歌曲排行榜中。2002年，这首歌被列在英国广播公司世界顶尖的歌曲排行榜第七名的位置。歌词前两句大意是“你是春天温暖着四季，你是神圣的恒河流淌在河流中……”

This is one of the best contemporary songs of Nepal and it is widely popular to the world. In 2002, this evergreen song was listed in the seventh position of BBC World top songs list.

First two lines of the songs reassured:

You are the spring amongst the seasons.

You are the sacred Ganges amongst the rivers.

No.3：《可爱女孩》by Sur Sudha

Sur Sudha is one of the famous instrumental bands of Nepal and they are well appreciated by the world. In fact, they are the ambassador to the world. They play some Asian instruments like Tabla, Sitar and Nepalese traditional and folk music.

No. 4：《花的眼睛》by Ani Choying Dolma

尼泊尔歌手琼英·卓玛(Ani Choying Drolma)，出生于1971年。13岁时，她在位于喜玛拉雅山下的一个名叫Nagi的藏式尼姑庵内开始修行。从此，她有幸师从禅师Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche学习参禅、咏唱、典礼与仪式等禅仪，并很快成为出色的唱咏者.

《Flower’ eyes》, The song is sung by Buddhist Nun (Ani）Choying Dolma and the interpretation of the Song is Eye of the beholder. For flower, flower is the world and for thorn, the world is full of thorn.
